The best way to demonstrate our philosophy of service is to
use a concrete example: insurance policy renewal.
Renewal: more than just a formality!
Perhaps you've asked yourself, at some point, if your current
policy adequately covers your assets, your loved ones and yourself.
The question is even more relevant if your situation has changed -
if you've made renovations or put in a pool, for example.
But one doesn't necessarily think of these things when renewing
an insurance policy. All the more so if one receives a simple
notice of renewal by mail.
And yet, there are many changes that we should be able to
discuss together.
This is why we see a policy renewal as an important moment: it
allows us to keep in contact; to take stock of your situation, and
to find the product that suits you best.
Renewal time also gives us a chance to inform you of present
trends, whether in insurance or financial products, since we are
always on the lookout for changes - both within the industry and
the markets - in order to better advise you.
After all, that's our role!
